B.S., University of Science and Technology of China
Ph.D., University of Science and Technology of China
I was born in China. I got my BS and PhD degrees from the University of Science and Technology of China which is one of the best places for doing research in China. In the last year of my undergraduate study, I went to Prof. Liu-Zhu Gong’s lab to start my study in asymmetric catalysis. In the same group, I completed my Ph.D. study mainly focusing on palladium-catalyzed allylation reactions. Thereafter, I joined Prof. Denmark’s lab as a postdoctoral associate. Now my interests are focused on Lewis base-catalyzed and Lewis acid-mediated reactions. Outside the lab, I am learning to cook Chinese foods and like to have long talks with my friends.
