The HTSF has a number of instruments that are primarily used for high-throughput screening, but also can be used independently by researchers on campus.  The facility has liquid handling instruments for pipetting large numbers of plates, plate washers, microtiter plate sealers, and plate readers for absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence.  The facility also contains all of the equipment required for the routine culturing of mammalian cells.
