Their History and Duties

Furong Sun — (B.S., Nankai University, 1982) is the Lab Manager for the Mass Spectrometry Laboratory. He runs HR ESI and proteomics samples. He has been at the lab since November 1987.

Steve Mullen — (Ph.D., The Ohio State University, 1987) is a Research Specialist in Mass Spectrometry. He runs FD, FI, and HR/LR and EI. He has been at the lab since October 1988.

Haijun Yao — (Ph.D., Fudan University, 1998) is a Research Specialist in Mass Spectrometry. He runs MALDI, ESI, and HRESI. He has been with the Lab since June 2006.

Vera Mainz — (Ph.D., University of California, Berkeley, 1981) is the Director of the Laboratory. She is also the Director of the Mass Spectrometry Laboratory.
