4-10-11: A lecture to replace last Wednesday's will be added on Friday, April 22nd.
3-24-11: Exam this coming Monday! One-sided 8x11 sheet and calculator allowed. Keep the other sidefor the final. Exam duration will be 90 minutes, proctored by Peter. The exam has three questions, covering the areas of time dependent QM, fields/multipoles, and density matrices.
3-24-11: Chapter notes for n-level systems, optics and lasers now posted.

The first lecture is on Wednesday Jan. 19th in 164 Noyes lab, at 9 AM. No lecture that Friday or most other Fridays, but it will happen on occasion! (see schedule)
