Professor Suslick has served as an Expert Witness for several Inter Partes Review (IPR) patent cases at USPTO, patent infringement cases in Federal Courts, IRS regulation interpretations (Section 29), and even a Federal Court appointment (Rule 706) as the Court expert witness.
