The SCS Machine Shop builds and repairs ultra-high vacuum, high pressure, optical and mechanical equipment. The Machine Shop can also help in the design of new equipment.
Work requests for the SCS Machine Shop are made through Reaction. Requests must be supplemented by drawings attached to the Reaction order and/or created by direct discussion with Machine Shop staff.
